I've decided to try to make a small batch of Lindt cupcakes but have found various recipes - some part bake and then insert a truffle in the middle and some put a frozen truffle in the centre of the unbaked mix. I'm tempted to go for the latter as being the least faff but wondered if anyone had tried baking them or had any thoughts?
