I love After Eights and Matchmakers though I tend not to buy them as I avoid Nestle products.
When I lived in York the whole city smelt of After Eights sometimes, if the wind was blowing in the right direction.
My Saturday sourdough was over-proved - still very tasty and edible, just tricky to handle at the baking stage and had huge holes in it.

Scones were a bit lively this morning. Not sure why but they were delicious. I visited my sister for a socially distanced lunch to celebrate her birthday, and left her with a few.

Wow - mine never rise like that Poppy!
I shall be baking lemon polenta cake again today - I was going to do a lemon drizzle or iced lemon flat cake for a change but the polenta has been requested and it saves flour.
