With a sigh of relief, I bought lots of bread today. Ds2 was also relieved as he’s not a massive fan of sourdough. I forgot to look for yeast yet again when I went to M&S. Waitrose had none of their website at all. It’s a strange world when it’s much easier to buy actual bread than ingredients

Bread today, basic white, Shorbread was very good, if a little rustic, quite a mixture to handle.

Just had 500g of yeast delivered from amazon. Took 3 days to come so not too bad and price is not too inflated at 11.99. amazon.co.uk |
