Rosehip Apr 2020 3:03pm, 10 Apr 2020 15,613 posts	0 Rosehip I'm fairly sure you can mix yolk and white together and freeze, Need to mix the yolk well with the white or it goes a bit jellyfied. Fine for scrambled eggs etc

I had a big supply of new boxes a local (serious) producer gave me, and apart from that I just scrounge them, or get them back from whoever I give or sell the eggs to. Last year I was freezing eggs in this form: But a bit short of yeast this year. Never had much success freezing them.

runnyeyes Apr 2020 4:02pm, 10 Apr 2020 1,593 posts	0 runnyeyes First time I’ve tried Lemonade Cheat Scones. Just 3 ingredients 400g flour 175 ml double cream 175 ml fizzy lemonade. Mix together .. gently roll out and cut into scones. Bake as per usual I can’t believe it ... but they are gorgeous
