I do wonder if this has changed as I don't recall this annoying me originally (and it would have). So maybe that's how it used to work and the current behaviour is a regression?


Today's hasn't taken me to the new point I tagged, so perhaps you're right. I only got one new point though I also got a notification I'd got a new Wainwright, rather than just revisiting, so unless that confused it.

I visited the cairn on Baystones on the route of The Lap on Saturday. When I uploaded the activity here, it triggered a “You have claimed Baystones” notification. However, my rookie error was that I didn’t deviate from the race route and walk the few yards to the Wainwright summit!

So, my V50+ (GPS-certified) AW total remains 119!

Ditto. I know why and when (obvious really!!), but given the radius hits as previously discussed it was probably impossible to miss what I did miss.

A few mins? Similar timing to conquersize zones and rundles.
You can see points on your activity map ... but did you already have it? When no notification of getting it again.

Ah no sorry my mistake, just had another good look and although it’s marked as a summit there isn’t a trig point. Still a good walk though.

Took advantage of the good weather today and went up a Corbett near Inversnaid. Beinn a’Choin, magnificent views but really tough under foot with Heather & bracken.

Need to check for ticks.
