Even at 7am it is almost too hot to run at this time of year. I would have appreciated an earlier start yesterday.

New Zealand parkruns start at 8am year round (expect possibly Dunedin which might start later in the winter because it is still dark at 8am down there!). I'd make it a lot more often if it didn't start until 9am.
