Lunges are buggers for that. Because I'm training in a fairly small shed I do a fair few lunges but no walking lunges yet. I could probably do a set of 2 before having to turn. I suppose I should start doing that to better replicate the event.

Thank you for sharing, V'Rap. It's one of those things where it seems obvious but it's good that there's a study that proves the evidence to back it up. And it definitely backs what many of us have said for a long time about all physical activity: Find something that works for you and keep doing it. Simple as that. |

It happens, Mac. Don't stress over it. The next one will be fine. (Also if you do actually work out how to not let a bad session bother you can you let me know because I know the reality but my brain usually looks at it as an amageddon-level disaster).
