Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Deadlifts, Cleans, Overhead Press and pull ups tonight. Also some abs stuff, press ups and burpees. I haven't been doing enough press ups recently.

Think my PT said the former were easier. The latter feels more intuitive- possibly because I (potentially mistakenly) think it’s an arm exercise predominately

Pull ups are overhand and fairly wide grip. Mostly for lats but also biceps, and generally all the “upper body pull” stuff.

Underhand are chin ups and have less lats and more chest. I’d always thought of them as an easier version but I guess it depends what you’re used to.

Pretty sure Nellers understanding is the general thoughts on the question.

Last night was: pull ups, deadlifts, back squats, bench press, all 5 x 5 getting up to heavy-for-me. Followed that with 20 minutes of thrusters, lunges and sit ups. Covered all (well, most) of the bases I guess.
