Are racing medals making a comeback?

My marathon medals go in there and it lives currently in the office. All other running medals of all distances are hung over one end of a curtain pole in the office, and my lone triathlon medal hangs at the other end. Personally, I agree with the make the race cheaper policy, pretty much for any distance. I still like a marathon medal, though
