We have tickets for number 2 court tomorrow, looks like we’ll be seeing young Mr J Murray. I’ve never managed to get tickets before, despite entering the ballot for as many years as I can remember.

Well done! Hope you have a great day
Can't see anyone beating Djokovic. I sometimes think he lets opponents win the first set for fun, like playing with his food

I thought Rublev put up a bigger challenge than I expected him to do. But the telling stat was the longer the rally, the far more likely Djokovic was to win the point. Only person who beats Djokovic is often Djokovic. 2020 US Open for example. Or injury.

Rublev played well but can’t see past Djoko for the title. But I’m enjoying seeing some new younger players this year.
Also enjoying the women’s matches this year. Cheering for Svitolina, I hope she’s goes all the way.

Have a great day HB. I was on court 2 on Friday. Saw some great tennis - Kvitova, Medvedev, Zverev & Shapavalov v Broady. Only downside was the sunburn!

One of the few, and about the most recent, player to beat Djokovic at a slam, is at least still in. Just!

Eubanks v Medvedev was a cracking match - I had to go off and do some stress-dusting when it got to the 5th set!
I wonder if Wimbledon will make an announcement re handshakes if we end up with a Svitolina v Sabalenka final? It was really horrible to hear the crowd booing Azarenka when she hadn't done anything wrong.

Looking forward to Medvedev vs Eubanks tomorrow - 6 foot 6 against 6 foot 7!
Last four, 6ft vs 6ft 6, and 6ft2 vs 6ft4. Probably not far from norms, especially when you can pick a far from unreasonable final quartet who would all be 6ft 5+.
I'm struggling to find a top player shorter than Alcaraz even those who don't seem that tall are still giants.

Really liking the change in scheduling to put the quarters over two days, and have men’s and women’s on the same day. Is this new or did they do it last year when they opened middle Saturday.
I’m also enjoying the highlights show, they’ve cut out a lot of waffle and analysis and even the dead time between points to fit more tennis in.
