Can’t find a Wimbledon thread, so here is a Wimbledon/tennis thread.
Anyone watching Tan vs Williams. Brilliant tennis, trading breakers in the third set. Can’t call it.

Not sure who I want to win. It’s always nice to see the underdog win, but I’d quite like to see more of Serena, and we don’t know if she’ll be back next year.
Looking forward to going on Saturday, court 1

Yes it's an excellent match. Just switched it on in final set.

It's quite a while since I've watched any live tennis. It must be amazing to actually *be* there

I’ve been a few times. Court 1 x2 and Centre Court once I think. Plus another time the trains were all cancelled due to floods so we missed it. Just love it. All tickets have been via the ballot, it’s always worth applying. These were actually from the 2020 ballot!

Both girls here watching with me. Neither are remotely interested in tennis, but are enjoying this match

Brilliant. Even the tie-break was really close.
Taking my oldest daughter on Saturday, she’s never been before. Youngest is less into tennis but will watch with me if she’s free

Not following the early rounds although I did suspect that Emma Raducanu would not last long.
I've got Ground Passes for next Tuesday so there will probably be some decent doubles matches given that it's the singles quarter-finals on the show courts.
