What do you do if you don't have any friends by the way?! G It's not exactly the same, but we often play Board Games online with other family members and have a video call going as well. You can similarly set up games with strangers For example we've done Carcassonne, Ticket To Ride, Catan, Small World. |

Dibble, board, cards, pieces at each end required? Or just one board and remote viewers can see it? G

No, we play on Steam. The 'board' is online so everyone can see it on their screens and 'roll the dice' or 'take a card', 'move their pieces' digitally. So a board game without the actual board if that makes sense!

Lol at Board Game without the Board. That's ah... a computer game, then?! Was just on Steam actually, Red Dead Redemption II on 67% sale. Not related. Hadn't even thought about a board game on computer! G

That wasn't what got you "[Removed by moderator]" was it Stander?! I see that you can either play "dummy" as other players, or against the game's "system" solo? I'd be interested in that too. But ideally, I did actually want it as a social activity to play with others. So online seems like a good option. Are there places where you can turn up, as an individual, and play? Clubs, or shops or communities? Bit like bridge, the card game? G |
