Aww ducky just a baby  *said in patronising voice* Nywanda - sounds great I will stick it in the diary. No idea where sports village is mind you.....maybe Maz and I can travel together!! Trophy is a great idea!! Competition will be stiff. Might have to construct a medal for the winner of the shanksi vs mrs shanksi competition too

If you fancy just a training session on the track the individual price is £2.80 indoor £1.90 outdoor or less if you have a concession of some sort.

£1.90 and you just nudge onto the track where you can? Sounds good! I think the exclusive hire will work out at a couple of quid each- but more folk = cheaper, so get recruiting or cajoling to the Deen Mile. |

I am going to be doing some sprinting (cough, haha) on the indoor track over the summer, might even try it in bare feet if thats allowed.

Some of the singlies have shown an interest but seem to have an issue with the location. Too far for some of them I suppose. I have invited a select few of my favourite fetchies too
