I feel the need to wash the water bladder. I'm paranoid that it's getting manky and I wouldn't want you to get ill. I'm fine with it, but I would prefer to clean it for you. The rest of the bag I'm not worried about.

Before 12 suits me too. Again QP is less likely to be a grumpy wee horror. I doubt I'll be running tho :( F&B's sounds perfect.

I'd also prefer before 12. I don't have any kids (I think I might be a bit on the young side for that) but something will probably come up in the afternoon.

Requested track for 10:30am til 11:30.
Should be enough time for warm-up, photos, organise two sets of miles, run them, time them and space left over for a kddies event if they want one.

I'm also gonna put on a wee trophy for best improvement. It'll go to whoever is fasted this time, then next time it'll pass to whoever makes the most % improvement from their previous PB. Fetch miles run at other places (like Stirling) will count, but only Fetch events and not splits from other longer races.

A nice incentive which can be won by anyone, not just fast folk (says the sloooow runner!) :-)
