Solo Jul 2023 3:11pm, 6 Jul 2023 543 posts	0 Solo Thank you all. Mrs Jigs (Luverlylegs) I think the secret to fast times there is that downhill finish. Although Dereham 5k is flat I still run better at Wroxham. It is a shame they don't do the series anymore though.
