Tried the twin skins and the toe socks. No success. Literally been blister free for years and last year had heel blisters on one foot for a while. Changed trainers and that resolved it.

Got blisters this year in ball of foot but in my Kinvara’s that I’ve never had issues with.

Seemed to be getting a lot of bruised & battered toes too. Maybe my feet have grown?! 😂

Idris, that may be because you were running in circles. New hot spots on your feet. I've heard of that happening before.


I was wondering if it could have been that - as I don’t usually go in circles I should be OK in future

Nice miles Kim :)

I went out for 10-13 with PW and ended up doing nearly 15 which included some mostly inadvertent trespassing and scaling a fence. I need to practice my fence-scaling skills. That was embarrassing.

How big was the fence, Carp? I am envisaging Shawshank Redemption with barbed wire. Or was it a stump but electrified farmer's fence? The public has a right to know.

Icy Turkey Guzzler 🇮🇸 the fence was about 2m high and we'd just been through deep building site mud, so it got a bit messy.

Could also be described as fun.

Managed to get to the gym yesterday and it felt good to be back. Then we had to try and empty conservatory as it is basically being taken down to brickwork today! What a fun few days in store.

Knee is still letting me know it wants to make my life a misery. Today will be dog walks, finishing the decorating in the bedroom and making sure they secure my house properly. Nana duties later which will be a welcome
