Also running tonight helping with C25K at club. Oh and just ignore these.....I need to do them so I can screen shot them....
LazyDaisy 30 Jan 4:37pm, 30 Jan 2024 39,573 posts	0 LazyDaisy Bit late checking in! My plan said '30 mins easy' this morning but when it came to it I decided a run-walk suited my slightly sore knees better. I did speed up a bit towards the end but even so it was a slow old outing!
Lip Gloss 30 Jan 4:42pm, 30 Jan 2024 73,721 posts	0 Lip Gloss I should have ran today but when I met my friend I was dressed to except no sports bra 😞😞🏃‍♂️😳. Went for a walk instead. I have now done some cross training by cleaning the car and windows. The physio worked on my back this morning so maybe giving it a running rest will help anyway.

Was supposed to be a legs weights session but the knee didn't want to have any of it and was quite painful. Did an arms weight session instead and a little exercise bike ride. Knee ached on dog walk - have had a enough now as it is just getting worse each day
