I did a little walk then ran down to the leisure centre where it starts. After finishing the 30 mins, I'm on 99.5 miles for the month.

I have been run leading at the club tonight. The view from the top of the hill in Richmond Park over to Central London when it's dark is really something else, i have to say. I never tire of it.
