I was contemplating a run today but I ache quite a bit from yesterday’s bootcamp and I have another 90 minutes class booked for 9am tomorrow so maybe a rest day would be better. I can run on Tuesday or Wednesday.

A good race this morning Pednor 10 mile old fashioned organisation no chip timing no medals under£18 to enter. 2 Lap course with a good hill each lap. Did 4 miles pre-race to get my 14 training miles done a nice morning.

Now about to go to football first game this season….

4 miles today meant 701.5 miles for the year. Just about managed to get over the line. Mandatory bin photo. Managed to get triple bins in 😁
