Putting a workout on my Garmin of 2mins run 30secs walk has been either a snare and a delusion, or a God send. Am I kidding myself that I'm 'training' or is it making me do 'something' when I would've probably done 'nothing '?

Anyway, I'm hot and sweaty and now I'm going for a dip in the sea. Laters!
