Off to North Yorkshire water park parkrun this morning. Will be leaving in about 30 min so need to be a little more awake soon

Morning folks. Back to running today with parkrun after a few days off. I got back to cycling to work this week but was run off the road by a very close passing car that then stopped in front of me and I took a tumble. Grazed and bruised but nothing broken and I think the bike is ok too.

Aw, I wish I was doing TBC. Not sensible with a 20 tomorrow, plus Mr Carp has covid.
I don't. Yet.
I'm hoping I avoid it; I did on three occasions when either he or T2 had it and I didn't.

Hope you’re OK Groundhog and your bike is too (although for the sake of our WSW match I’m hoping your parkrun is outside your square).

Catching up after a few days away at my mum’s. Happy birthday Corrah - that sounds like a perfect celebration. Glad you found something suitable to wear Mandy - I could do with your daughter to help me sort my clothes! Sounds a nasty incident Kim - I hope you’re less sore today. Get well soon those who are poorly.
No running today as I ran the last three mornings (great to try and counteract all the food while at mum’s!) so some strength based stuff I think.
Enjoy parkruns, walks, etc today.
