Went for a lovely run/walk on the trails around Blengdale today. It was glorious 😁

Went for an off-road walk. Included 3 stiles, which fortunately were sturdy and stable so I was able to climb over them (wobbly ones make me very nervous these days).

Finally got out i was worrying i had slipped into the slough of despond but it was just about finding a gap to get out. Im not building up mileage that well but i reckon im doing enough to get round a half

I was going to do a short run today. But my car incident put heed to that. Thought best to leave it in case I aggravate anything. Might squeeze it into tomorrow instead.

Evening gonks, just back from a cold run. Glad I wrapped up well.

Off to see the oldies tomorrow. Had parents evening earlier, teen is doing well, tonnes of improvement.
