Afternoon everyone, not been here for several days. Hope all is well, just had a tentative couple of miles over the local park after pulling calf 2 weeks ago. No pain apart from tight muscles, which is nothing new, they are like that most days when I’m not injured. Marshalling at local parkrun tomorrow. Have a great weekend everyone.
