Glad you’re ok GH. Take care. I’m too scared to ride a bike on the road, I’ve seen so many near misses on my way to and from work.

I parkrunned, was hoping to be quicker but i wasnt. I did run it all though and sprinted a lady to line who was having a controlled, steady run and may not have welcomed me exhorting her to sprint but had to thank me anyway, coz its polite :-)
