Ouch! ITG Hope it isn't too sore and improves soon.

Are you guys sure this isn't the 700 accidents in 2020 thread? Be careful out there everyone!

Just back from 5.5 miles - warmer than I expected now the wind has dropped but not too bad apart from some minor chaffing in the upper thigh dept. 2nd time in a week so perhaps retirement beckons for my favourite old shorts. Mind you not has bad as broken toes or throwing myself downstairs so mustn't grumble.

Well run, Sombrero :-) , as KCR said it’s tough out there, definitely treacly.
Ouch & GWS ITG. It’s a bit accident prone, this thread or rather the people in it are, says something about toughness that you keep going. Strong bones? Anyway I’m going to be very careful.

Not again ITG! Take care of yourself. At least an arm shouldn't stop you walking.

Top running Som.

I haven't been out yet, fed up with seeing the tree outside blowing back and forth putting me offbut I'll go soon.

Hope it's nothing too bad ITG ...

Have been off in the forest today ... just on 7 miles run. Still busy at car parks and roadside, but empty once away from them. Well except for squirrels, ponies, cows, deer etc.

Found some deer

And on the drive home, I became one of those roadside parkers. Just for the 700 thread, so I blame you lot, but it was worth it.
