Caught up, sorry ITG, days don’t get much worse than that (())

We’ve created our first herb patch here - & I just learned I have to prune it :-) thank you Mandy. Have a been busy very early medal too.

Looking forward to a walk on Portland later with Alpenrose :-) Sod’s law, carnival day, hope the traffic isn’t even worse than usual.

Run done. It was a bit grim, but I'm glad I went.

Dr later then a nasty drive to the other side of London for a meeting and a worse drive back.

The internet ate last night's post!

(((ITG))) I hope the docs can get to the bottom of what's causing Boy's hip problems and as for Genova... no words :(

Morning. I took "my pill" (Atarax) and actually overslept. Dragged my groggy butt into work and will keep busy this morning. I might take a light jog later but I gave blood yesterday so won't go to crossfit.

Dear ITG, I'm sorry to hear about the hip issue, and was shocked and saddened by the Genova bridge collapse. I hope you get some peace soon. x

Evening! Sorry it's been a while again. I haven't been trapped under a napping baby all this time... Though it sometimes feels like I am!

I graduated C25K this weekend at parkrun. 6 minutes ISH off my PB and a couple of minutes slower than my pre-preg but massively unfit PR. Pretty happy with that!

Buying a (second hand) proper running buggy was one of the best purchases I've made. The suspension and big tires mean I can run on the roughest of routes and off road. I wouldn't be back running without it.

How's everyone's summer running?

About This Thread

Maintained by Mandymoo
Welcome to the 700 miles in 2018 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

Join in the chat on the friendliest thread around - all things discussed and sometimes even some running is talked about.

Next year's spreadsheet can be found here - let's fill it up
