Ferret that looks an amazing place to swim. The sea here is now 18.6 degrees according to the lifeguard office board. Very high for this early in the summer

I went through TeeBee's zone yesterday, aptly named 'TeeBee's Town'
Ran along the Thames Path this morning for a few miles, only 97 more to run next year on the TP100 then

18.6 would be fine once you got going PP. Looks a lovely spot for a swim, ferret.
Swam this morning, in a pool - found it hard going even though it was only 600m. Now sitting in my mother's far-too-hot room watching the tennis (which I'm not a massive fan of) as the BT engineers try to work out why her phone point isn't working. I could think of better things to be doing

Afternoon all. Physio not able to pinpoint exactly what's wrong. No bruising, swelling and all the usual movements weren't painful. So she thinks nothing serious but suggested maybe an x-ray to rule out any bone issues. If still as sore tomorrow will go to A&E after work.
So apart from that just a week of rest as still a fresh injury.

*waves* hello Good to see Helegant in here I like Tas1, but decided to tell it I am injured and don't want to do any "fast" stuff for a week or two - (having had a few days off and still feeling a bit meh) so it's got a couple of weeks of 30 minute bimbles in the plan - which I can cope with, without feeling like I "should" be doing more.
More for AL
peebee for PH
jealous of ferret's swim location
forgot all else, too much life getting in the way of proper Fetch time atm.

Been swimming. not in sea at 18 degrees, but in pool at something considerably higher.
