Struggling to keep up with the thread at the moment!
Ran home from work last night The sea was 13* in St Ives when I swam in it. A bit nippy.
I hope all injuries clear up soon. Look after yourselves, folks!

Morning. Day has not started well. I am grumpy and the garage door is broken.

It was probably about that in St Mary's too but 'refreshing' was the word I chose
Morning all. I shall put my running kit on and hope the heavy drizzle has eased off by the time the dog and I have finished our walk. I've got loads to do this week so squeezing in a run will have to be done regardless of the weather

I reported that it was bracing when I got back to NaM and the Lovely S on the beach, LD
Took me ages to get in properly but managed a good 20 minutes of Head out the water breast stroke before I decided my extremities had had enough.
If I had a car to drive down there I'd take my wetsuit and swim properly.

Not size 11 this time Seren
Bint is it possible to hire a wetsuit down there? (Though if it is, wetsuits for swimming need to have more flexible shoulders than the surfing ones, I think.)
