Morning
((())) for LG - hope it goes as well as these things can do
5k round the fields with the occasional large spot of rain but nothing to make you wet - much fresher than it has been. Oh dear ITG, hope it eases off soon!
I have swum okay in a surfing wetsuit - definitely better than nothing and Bint, you could wear a really cheap kids one and leave it there for the next visitors- but as long as I have something on my feet I don't mind the chill - wetsuit boots don't take up much suitcase room - but do look a little daft with a bikini

Hope you make it out to run. Wetsuit boots with bathers is THE look on pebble beaches, I hope.
ITG impressive working through pain to you.
(I've just helped move the heaviest workbench in the world, safely, my dad made it so happy memories) 8 more sleeps Andy glad you've been shopping new shoes, I like Ghost 9s, think was Seren.

Raining here too - so planned lunch and walk postponed. Have done my second Pilates class of the week. Coaching at track tonight so might gently jog some laps whilst timing the group intervals.

Actually I might add some gloves to the bathers/boots combo as it's the extremities that get painfully cold, IME. What a glamorous picture that would make

My mojo has gone a bit quiet too. We have the club 1 mile champs this evening and now it's tipping down with rain. I really don't know if I will go or not.

Pokes head round the door to say hello...
My mojo seems to have returned but it's left my fitness somewhere. Ah well, I'll just have to run until I find that again as well.
Surprisingly warm run earlier - about midday - really struggled but it started raining for the final mile (of 4) and that was much nicer.
ITG get that back seen to - some mobilisation by a physio might help. I once couldn't sit down for a week with bent knees due to some piriformis / sciatic nerve issues.
Paula, running for a mile in the pouring rain might be just what you need!

Morning and afternoon all, my mojo is absent, no idea where its gone. I found a lovely photo of me from maybe 10 years ago on my work computer (I am clearing out old files before I leave my job) and I am a bit gutted at how great I looked then and how I look now. Bah humbug. 10 years + maybe a stone in weight + 5 years in a job I hate has done me no favours. Should be able to start new job in next 6 to 8 weeks I think, that should help, and I need to lose weight (run more, eat less) *bangs head against wall*
