*bustles in with cushions for the injury bench* Coached at the track tonight - they did a pyramid session, I jogged slowly round and blew the whistle - 3.5 very dull miles but legs felt better at the end than at the start.

Maybe from Dieppe to somewhere nearer than Paris, Daisy?
*imports armful of cushions into thread for the comfort of those on the injury bench*
Been to the spin bike class. I arrived early and there was a Zumba class in progress. It looked like fun.

LD - there's a fairly easy route from Dieppe to Paris that me and youngest have done. The Avenue Verte. (In fact, you can follow it from That London.) There's quite a bit of lovely tarmacked old railway lines on the French side.

Nice pic, PH! Both feet well and truly off the floor
I didn't go to the club this evening. It's not that I mind running in the rain, I do it often enough, I just couldn't feel the love for racing a mile in the rain (and it was properly pouring by then).
Did a load of ironing instead.
*wanders back to the mundane thread*

That's a fab pic, PH.
Thanks for the hugs, guys. Seem to be needing them a lot at the mo. Never mind.
MM, that looks like a great ride.

Lol, it was the sprint finish there's another pic where it looks like I'm walking.
(Also better than the pic of the guy mid-spew on the finish straight)
