Well done Andy. One of the drawbacks of Tas1 is that the max temperature they allow for adjustment is much lower even than Bedfordshire has seen in the last month so I appreciate your comments about the altitude too.

Welcome Helegant
Leg feeling a wee bit better today. Not as painful to walk. And have managed to get a Physio appointment today. Hurrah. But boo to shelling out another £45. It's my birthday this month. Think I'll be asking for Physio vouchers for gift ideas......

Think I'll have a look at Tas1, sounds good. I'm enjoying, despite the effort needed, Project Joker but ready worrying that my time won't improve. Silly, because finding it easier now. I ran LSR today too fast, that's unheard of! Then swam here but didn't stay in long, still chilly

Morning all, hello Helegant! Get well soon all injured people.
Mandymoo does that mean my marathon training also starts today? Are we talking Bettehanger in October? Do I need to start again?! Oh crumbs, I think it does :-). *goes off to find mojo and dust it off a bit*

Hello and welcome Helegant. I've been on this thread for years, and staying with it even though I have no hope of reaching 700 this year. If you set your target for 700 (maybe you already have?) you can watch yourself creeping up the league table, which is an encouraging thing to do.

Excellent recovery, AL,
I was wondering about which marathon too, MM, saw you're down for HDS so it'll be good for that too.
I must stop sitting & fetching & be useful. It's a lovely day, might invent a need to wander to town.
