Morning! Beautiful morning here. Need to walk the dog but then it'll be a day of gardening. This evening it's light enough for me to run to circuits and back.

Then I will collapse on the sofa :-)

Morning.

My left knee and hip is louping this morning, and I was aware of them through the night as well. Drinking ginger tea for its inflammatory purposes!

How is it Monday already, and I've nothing to wear due to laziness to wash or iron over the weekend, and the rest of my stuff in wardrobe is a bit tight!

I have a sore back, not sure why as I didn't do anything but a bit of messing about in the pool with the kids yesterday and some walks. Hopefully Body Combat ought to sort it out, maybe 5 minutes of yoga too.

A bramble up your bottom sounds very painful, Carp! Next time you dive behind a hedge check what it's made of first :)

Morning all

Well to my complete surprise I am NOT walking like a robot today but I can definetly feel yesterdays run lingering in my legs though! Keeping my fingers crossed that its not the usual case of a day delay before all things start to hurt!

Carp you certainly don't do things by half do you lol!

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2016 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

bunting and 700er medals are often spotted around here.
