You obviously needed the sleep.

It was a good run, no pain except my ankle afterwards and nowhere near as hard as the first 12 or so miles were yesterday :)

Some cracking running! And here's hoping that those with injuries and/or ailments have only a short road to run for it to come good.

I have runneded ~ The Medium Long run postponed from yesterday.

I have no idea whether yesterday's jaunt had a positive or negative effect on timings but it felt a lot better that the ML a fortnight ago (when I got everything wrong :-o ).

And just over the two hours for 13 miles with no accompanying noise to keep my pace up ... Not exactly record-breaking speed, but I'm happy* :-)

* For the moment! ;-)

About This Thread

Maintained by iRan
Welcome to the 700 miles in 2016 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

bunting and 700er medals are often spotted around here.

Happy running :-)
