Good grief RH; some serious grit being shown there
My calf problem reared again today; first six miles were agony. Coupled with my shoulder, then the normal shoulder pain in the other one that running causes and a swollen hand from toppling onto a thorn and I'm a bit of a heap. Oh yeah, and the nettle sting on my

I suppose, if you run the same distance more than once, there has to be a PW as well as a PB.

Must be more than one donkey, the one I saw was going to be leading the procession at 10am in Woolstone Road. SE London donkeys all the rage today!
I've just ordered new running shoes, I'm hoping I can break them in before Brighton. Might also need to give my feet some TLC between now and then too.
