My day has been somewhat relaxed, lovely walk, lots of horses and donkeys and a lovely pub lunch to end the day.
Last day in New Forest and homeward bound to the damp and cold castle lol - mind you that means I get to pick my new bike up too

Some fantastic effort going on! (not just in hitting the mileage but also _just_ getting out and doing)
Second Sunday running that other things have colluded against my weekly long(er) run . I might have to turn my potential coffee run into an actual run . Or, possibly, run an additional session on Tuesday and have a four day mini streak???

Oh, and I think I may have decided that music on the run is not for me ~ it has absolutely nothing to do with my music feed dying at some point in most runs ... it's often enough that I'm getting used to not having something to inspire my pace
(I've only ever run with a sound track in one ear ~ leaving the other free to take in the sounds of the real and potentially ouchie, world)
