Well done Phil.
Don't be so hard on yourself Carp. 20 miles is quite an achievement. I should know, I just ran it!
I think I started out too fast and struggled a bit between 15 - 18 miles. But seemed to pick up a bit to reach 20. My longest ever run.

Well done everyone, too tired to remember who did what but lots of miles done and supermarket-related skills that I don't understand.
I did 20. 3:17, slower than usual but I don't care. I'm proud of myself for that as it was hard. Glad I had a loo stop at a mile, was OK after that. 16 with my mate, the last 4 were hard and as soon as my watch hit 20 I stopped. I'm done in, but off to meet people for beer later. I might make myself a medal as a couple of them did Ashby and may have their hoodies.
