I might run about a bit later. First I need to go to sainsburys and then help Son1 and his GF with some decorating prep. I think I'm going to the big sainsburys otherwise I would suggest a fish wave with Bint

Som, that's not good - hoping your day improves - think you did right thing tho. Too far, too long with rubbish tummy. Shame, you probably spent the night worrying what to do 🙁
Run well Columba, I too hope the rats moved out, cats won't have made it feel welcome

That's tough luck, Som - I hope your tummy settle soon and you enjoy a pressure -free run with your mate.

7 miles done slowly but comfortably. The HRM was weird again though - it had my first mile at a really high rate (very unlikely I think) then suddenly it settled down and gave what I reckon are perfectly accurate readings consistent with how I was running. Does anyone else with a wrist-based HRM have trouble with it?

Oh my! A Bint Sainsburys fly past! We waved shopping bags! (Actually we stopped for a chat, but we did wave bags :-) )

About This Thread

Maintained by iRan
Welcome to the 700 miles in 2016 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

bunting and 700er medals are often spotted around here.

Happy running :-)
