Lots of AL, you'll pass
21 miles planned. Might not happen as I've done something to my shoulder which makes moving my head very painful.

Hope it goes well AL.
I should be ready for my 20. I nearly didn't go as I'm worried about my stomach but have some tablets. Just hope they work. It's over an hour to Hull. Setting off just before 8 hopefully. Never been less thrilled about a long run.

My stomach is bad again.
Made the difficult decision to sack the race off. Now I'm in bed feeling miserable.
