Big hugs for Som, I hope the training run with your friend cheers you up.
Hello to everyone.
A brand new half marathon PW today but I did run 5 before and 2 afterwards and it was a very lumpy course.

Well a couple of things happened today!
Cranleigh 21 was ran and conquered!
Now for the unexpected bit as always best laid plans and all! Had a plan for today but that changed late yesterday after a club member wanted some company runnin at a 10 mm pace! So my gentle 12 mm 9 miles followed by a quicker 12 miles changed to a hopeful steady 10mm pace!
The result a few miles at 10mm's but the majority at a slightly quicker pace! The result 21 miles completed in a time of 3:46 an unexpected end to an unexpected race! But a PB (as a result of never running the distance before) and a huge confidence boost.... Wokingham half long forgotten now!
