No running for me for a while Really pissed off. Please make me do my stretches, or it'll never get better (I am completely rubbish at making myself do stretches. Which may be why I have patellar tendinitis...) Bah.

Flan nature would go down a treat here too Ferret except I have just got back from club run where I kind-of stated I was going to go back to Slimming World to get rid of this half stone. I suspect patisserie is a bit heavy on the old 'syns' list At club I took the slow 4 mile group as the usual guy is on holiday. It suited me as I've got another 42 second challenge tomorrow. Welcome to the 700 miles in 2016 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
