Just seen this thread.

My 14.97 100m at the Christmas mile event got me my highest ever WAVA at 73.5

I'll take that! My usual results are between 52 and 67 for distances from 5km to 50km

Ooh I didn't think of the Jingle distances, I'll check mine and well done Chris42 that's a big jump from the 50's and 60's wavas.

71.31% for a rounded out 16 seconds for my 100m, actual time 15.6. Using the calculator Grast_girl posted that gives me a revised wava of 73.14%. Very happy with either result with not doing a lot of running this year.

I'm only on 63% over 3 distances though :-(

Better than not getting a standard though which tbh I expected just a month or so ago.

I can sympathise FF, in early 2017 I was regularly hitting 68/69 at various distances, a succession of issues since then and 60 has become a rare thing :-(

Let's hope 2022 sees an improvement for everyone in the same boat!
