Festive Flier absolutely no sandbagging going on last week, though I probably could have trimmed a couple of seconds off the mile; definitely thought it sharpened me up nicely for today though!

Well chuffed with 19:46 on the 5k for a WAVA of 75.2%
Event was a shambles though, and my run ended up being a solo time trial after setting off after everyone else had disappeared into the distance.
Gonna wind down for Christmas and the New Year now, and then look at reclaiming my 70% on the HM, and (dare I say it?) targeting it on the full Marathon.

20.17 for me at a 5k on Saturday while cani-crossing. And yes dog does give me a slight boost but he tried to turn back three times, once so hard he left a bruise across my thigh where the harness slammed into it. And not forgetting him trying to jump off the path into the lake as he wanted a drink in the last mile, and the tangling the lead at the finish because he saw his favourite person and tried to run towards her. 73.29 it says on the WAVA thingie?
