Sharkie
The most important thing was that at the last minute I changed my mind and DID use blocks. Much easier just to chicken out!

22.03 at Worthing parkrun this morning gave me a WAVA of 76.80%.

I hate to say it, but that was madness. There were 499 runners this morning, far too many. The first mile along the promenade there were runners right across the width of the prom. I'm sure members of the public will complain. The trouble is, Worthing attracts lots of parkrun tourists because the course is pan flat & has just one, 180 degree turn.
Just so you don't all cry out "hypocrite" it's the nearest parkrun to me.

Great running once again David and it's always the inconsiderate people who cause the issues.

David - Come to Cornwall - less parkrun tourists, but sorry the courses won't help with your WAVA (very hilly). Well done on 76.80%
