That worked for me a couple of months ago, FR.

In the interests of honesty, disclosure, and not being like That Lot In Power, I should be removed from the sidebar for this year, as my 70% for 5k has been demoted to 68% in Fetch's reshuffle and I no longer have Silver. I still have the standard for 10k and half marathon and I'll get a third before the year is out.

I agree with CW. In football some goals were scored before VAR that would have been disqualified post VAR. You can only aim at the targets set at the time of the race.

My mile time trial yesterday would have been good for 68% if it had been a 'real' mile, maybe a bit of assistance from slight downhill but with the downside of not having anyone to race or being able to see the virtual finish line (this is a big factor for me - so off putting not being able to see where you're running to).

I need to lose a bit of weight, I'm some 10kg heavier than I used to be and given how heavy my 10kg kettlebell feels that is a lot of extra chonk to be carrying around!!
