bonners Feb 2020 1:12pm, 22 Feb 2020 1,505 posts	0 bonners Rhyl 10 mile race today. As per usual ridiculously windy. The positives an official 10 mile pb and scraping a 70 WAVA. Not so positive is the fact I've ran 10 miles faster eight times in half marathons! I just need to find a 10 mile race that doesnt have 50 mph winds to contend with on the way back. So, not near that 74% that I'm aiming for this year, but overall I think I'm classing it as a good run.
