Well done Ally, I see stalking your past race times, that you've been up at the time required, so it shouldn't take too long.

My third race isn't until March, a half marathon - gonna be training hard for it. At the mo it seems I have the stamina, just not the pace (for what I'd like be running at), but that should be good enough for half mara.

Hope to get over 70% at 5km, 10km and half this year. Would like to get to 72-74% even, but for half I might struggle. Would also need to race more than I do. A mile would be nice, but they don't come up often, unless we organise a Fetch one! :-) G

There are timed track miles in Carlisle from time to time, :) G. That might be closer for you :) (And also track 5k races which I've never been able to get to.)

Lol, no matter how much I want to be Thomson's Gazelle, a Lion, a Prong-horned Antelope or a Marlin, I'm not travelling 200 miles to run 1 mile!
