πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘ for everyone - and as jabberknit says, only January. My first race is a 10k in February - good for a benchmark.

Chrisull, DocM, excellent bunting (I'd take an absolute PB over 70% WAVA any day, though in reality for almost every distance I'd be nudging 80% WAVA if I got an absolute PB.)

Similar for me, though 10% lower - any PB now gives me 70% WAVA.

I'm doing a 30k race in March and I've just established that scraping a PB will only need 59.8% WAVA. I might be slightly disappointed with that.

If I could be bothered my 100-mile time is relatively 'soft' ;-) Again, ain't happening.

Half marathon pb I'd need just over 82%. Which ain't happening. Getting up to 70 is going to be a stretch, although hope it might be possible at some distance on the back of a decent marathon training regime
