Fetch introduced the counter ore than a year ago so the spreadsheet was never updated.
I write my sets on a bit of paper as I do them then put the total in at the end.

Today I have started doing them in with my core or hamstring exercises as well as my back exercises. I do a set before I start my exercises a set in between each set of exercises and a set at the end. I do back exercises very afternoon/evening and alternate core and hamstring exercises every morning. At first I was just doing them with my back exercises. Did 45 this morning for the first time and doing my normal 45 this evening
Keep going everyone

Big number for me today - 120. Boot camp this morning. Made friends with some worms whilst I was down low.

Currently knocking a few out across the day as I’m isolating and I’m missing out on a lot of my usual exercise so at least I’m doing something.
Not sure I’ll keep the volume up post COVID. Although that said breaking it down into 10s and 20s it’s not hard to do ~ 100 a day really. Have the will to do it is probably the hardest part.

Isolating but with no symptoms I hope, ES. If you feel alright there's lots of stuff you can do at home with just bodyweight to keep moving. Is your rowing done on your own machine or at the gym? That's a great way to keep fitness going.
