I find doing them is more beneficial, I just need to keep numbers to where they don't become a chore (as they did last time)

140 my highest daily total on Thursday. 2 sets 20 with my first set of back exercises before my run. Another 2 sets 20 with my post run back exercises. I have improved from 4 sets of 5 a day to 5 sets of 8. I'm not challenging the Flying Finn but it is good to feel them getting easier and the core firming up under all the Christmas flab. |
