I'm trying a new method today. 25 pressups every hour for 8 hours. Do I log every hour or wait till the end of the day? 50 done so far.

I think that it’s up to you TBR. I guess that it would be less hassle to you if you just logged the total once a day.

When I do sets of press-ups over a 6-hour period at work I log them as one session starting from when I did the first set.

Knowing me I'd forget lol. I might try and update each hour to keep myself accountable. Apologies in advance for the multiple posts. Assuming I remember.

Hi Abul, that’s how I do them, though it is typically 25 every 30 mins. I have to keep a paper log of the sets, then I upload at the end of the day otherwise I lose count!

It's odd isn't it, we get them done differently, mine are always done in sets as a part of a 30-45 minute core/strength routine, usually early evening, it has crossed my mind to expand to twice a day..core then strength later

25 (100 for the day). I'm trying this after someone posting how it can help increasing overall max. I quite like this 😊

Also, once the 25s become easy then up each set to say 28 or 30.

For me, the 25s are relatively easy so I'm happy to keep at this. Like I've said, these hopefully help with the chinups which did stagnate but I think it's hay-fever induced fatigue. Started taking antihistamines so let's see.
